| | ABOUT ME | | My job is my passion. I have been in real estate for 16 years (since 1993). My previous background as a successful business owner and city councilor have given me a wide array of experience which I feel enhance my ability to do the best possible job for you.
I am consistently a top performer and have achieved the RE/MAX 100% Club, the RE/MAX Platinum Club, and also the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
A high percentage of my business is “repeat business” from satisfied clientele, as well as referrals from former/present clients. The real estate industry averages 30% client retention while my average is 85%. I very much appreciate and respect the confidence my clients place in me. This motivates me to continue to strive to enhance my skills, stay on the leading edge of the real estate industry, and to stay abreast of the constantly changing market.
